Ingredients:

Horchata is a refreshing and sweet drink, sure to bring a smile to anyones face.

Directions

  1. Soak the rice and Nature's Eats Cashews for 2 - 6 hours prior to preparing your horchata.

  2. Place the soaked rice and cashews, water and all other ingredients into a super powered blender such as a Vitamix. Liquify for approximately 3 minutes.

  3. Strain through a nut bag or cheesecloth.

  4. Chill and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top or a cinnamon stick.

  • The moment your lips touch this Spanish drink you will experience pleasure throughout your body. Although it is served chilled, it warmly infuses the body with the sweetness and creaminess of each sip. You could easily get the party started by adding some sort of liquor or simply enjoy it as is.
