Coconut Goji Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup Nature's Eats Raw Cashews
  • 1 ¼ cups hempseed
  • ½ cup goji berry extract powder
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 3 teaspoons maca powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • Pinch of sea salt

There is a slight difference between healthy foods and super healthy foods. Super healthy foods provide the highest levels of nutrition. They are considered super healthy foods because they contain high and dense levels of nutrition in just a small portion of that food. These Coconut Goji Protein Balls are high in protein from the goji berries, hemp seeds, maca root powder, and nuts. Maca root powder and goji berries are high on the list of all superfoods. In fact, goji berries and maca root powder are amongst the top 5 on the list of all superfoods.


  1. In a grinder or a Vitamix machine with the dry grinder container, grind seeds and nuts separately.

  2. Combine all ingredients in Vitamix machine or a food processor and blend until the dough becomes mush.

  3. Roll the dough into balls, 1-2”.

  4. Top the balls with Nature's Eats Shredded Coconut and ground goji berries. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.

  • Even though there is not a lot of honey in these protein balls they still have the perfect amount of sweetness, and the flavor of the honey shines through when combined with the creamy cashews, hemp seeds, and goji. These protein balls taste so good it’s hard to believe that they are a super healthy food.
