Once you have the pulp you will need to completely dry it out by placing it in the oven on the center rack for 4 hours at 170-180°F.
Remove the dried coconut pulp from the oven and allow it to cool. Place the dried pulp in a Vitamix Machine or blender and mix it into a very fine powder.
