Nutty Broccoli Corn Bread

  • 2 boxes corn bread mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 (12 oz) carton cottage cheese
  • 1½ sticks of butter
  • 1½ cups Nature's Eats Chopped Pecans

Cut into 2 inch squares and serve. Delicious with soups, chili's and bar-b-que!!!


  1. Melt butter in 9 x 3 x 2 inch pan. 

  2. Mix Corn Bread Mix, eggs, broccoli and cottage cheese and Nature's Eats Chopped Pecans together to form batter. 

  3. Pour into pan with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
